Letter of Authorization
加中教育基金会委托百蹊助学(百蹊完成正式登记前以***小姐为受托人)义务代为主持教师培訓项目如下:
Heyday Education Advancement authorizes Ms. Molly Mok of Baixi education sponsorship group to voluntarily carry out the high school teacher on-the-job training on behalf of Heyday Education Advancement.
1)百蹊助学负责推荐, 組织及審批各西部省区教育局/高中学校参加教师培訓计划, 該计划按照加中教育基金会和惠州市第一中學签订的高中教师支援培訓協议. 以及加中教育基金会与西部地区各教育局和所属高中签订的接受培訓協议 (统称, 具体以当期签協议的教育局及所属學校为准,例: 第一次培訓以已签约的彭阳教育局及彭阳一中三中为对象) 内容进行. 内容請参阅12月2日复函附件一: 项目指引 附件二: 行为准则 附件三: 加中教育基金会与惠州一中協议(有关执行部份内容), 附件四:加中教育基金会与西部省区教育局/高中学校協议书. 附件五: 温馨提示.
1)Baixi will evaluate the applications from qualified education boards/high schools of western China and execute the program based on the prior agreements between Heyday and Huizhou First high school, also between Heyday and education boards/high schools of western China (as detailed on agreements outlined in the email dated December 2, 2011).
2)编列培訓预算及計划书送加中教育基金会做经费審批拨付.
2)Baixi will prepare the proposal and budget for approval by Heyday.
3)在原有長期良好合作基础上, 本资源共享原则, 百蹊派出的义工将以加中教育基金会指定人身份与惠州一中洽商安排项目执行.
3)The volunteer(s) from Baixi will act on behalf of Heyday to coordinate with Huizhou First high school.
4)负责照顾受訓教师在惠州的生活以及向培訓的教师传达''项目指引''及''行为准则''.
4)Baixi will take care of all high school teachers who participate in the training program (including accommodation and transportation). Baixi will also explain the program guidelines, rules, and the expected conduct.
5)協调加中教育基金会与西部地区各参加本计划的教育局/学校之培訓具体安排.
5)Baixi will coordinate the schedule of the program for the participating high school teachers.
6)主持在广东惠州市第一中学举办的教师培训项目.
6)Baixi will oversee the whole training program at Huizhou First high school during the training period.
7)百蹊派出的义工需购保险, 保额由百蹊根据需要提出, 由加中教育基金会付保费. 百蹊义工在广东惠州举办培訓期间, 如需由加中教育基金会负责提供住宿膳食时, 請在编预算同时提出.
7)The volunteer(s) from Baixi are required to obtain comprehensive insurance and Heyday will pay for the premiums during the training period. Heyday will provide accommodation and meals for the volunteer(s) in Huizhou upon request.
8)会同惠州一中,培訓教师之领队处理突发事故，但不需承擔事故之法律責任。
8)Baixi will cooperate with the head of the participating teachers and Huizhou First high school to resolve any conflicts/issues that arise. However, Baixi will not take any legal responsibilities.
9)本委托书自2011年11月10日起有效期一年.
9) This authorization will be valid for 1 year beginning from November 10, 2011.
